Great product! My hair is extremely thin, and normally really grows millimeters per month. It also falls out quickly, and damaged quickly. I have been using this product for at least six months now, and I notice a positive difference! (first started 2 weeks with 1 gummi per day, then two) My hair has grown at least 7 inches during this period, which is a real growth spurt for my hair. It also falls much less out, and my nails grow significantly faster, which I feel positive as well. Another disadvantage is that body hair also grows faster. All in all I am satisfied, and would definitely recommend trying it.
