It is a green tea extract from Jeju.Jeju Green Tea extract provides anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and skin brightening effects. It is also anti sebum that helps to control excessive sebum production on the skin and locks in the moisture. It has a very strong heral smell, which fades away quickly. It has a very lightweight and watery consistency, and applying it absorbs very quickly, leaving the skin very fresh and ready to absorb all good skincare products to follow.lt is clinically proven to be used for sensitive skin type.I like how it works for my skin My face feels a lot more moisturized and more even. love in the bottle
This toner is another great find from ISNTREE. It's ingredient list is wonderful and the consistency will be great for summer time (warm days). 80% of the toner is from extract of green tea that comes from Jeju island - one day I should visit it! So many goodies and korean doramas come from there 😃 It is in the dark plastic bottle and what I like to do with all my toners - is to take of the lid and put the spray lid on. This way I am spending it more economically. It has a brownish color and will stain your cotton pads (I have reusable ones) so I recommend just using it with your fingertips - also more product stays on your skin instead of your cotton :) This toner hydrates, plumps up the skin, refreshes and soothes it after all the redness and problems your skin could get during the day. It is lightweight and feeds the skin momentarily, not leaving any residue.

It's a meh from me
I liked the smell and texture of this toner. In terms of results... It's just a meh from me. Not really hydrating nor calming. Maybe more for oily skin types?
