Im completely unhappy with the brand. My review is not about this profuct but about the brand. I have been doing lash lifting for years.Im not a newbie and did everything like in instructions. The pads are terribly inflexible that one side always sticks out, they dont stick well also because the glue is terrible. Before, I used another brand (which is much better then this because it is actually usable) and thought I can support this brand since it looked like it was based in NL but it came from New York(?). On top of it all they don't even respond to my emails that I have sent to support team. Scamming does not necessarily entail not sending a product or, it can also be playing deaf to unhappy customers.

At first I was a bit suspicious when I purchased the product, I read bad reviews and very few good ones about this product so I started to panic but I received the product well and tested it immediately. It didn't work out for me... my daughter did it to me and the result is nice, but it takes a bit to find out what size you need. My daughter did it on her own (see photo) and the result is beautiful. I must say that she is in touch with that and is also studying to become a beautician. But it was her first time and she gets a lot of compliments. People think she has false lashes on but they are her own lashes. So if you are patient and could apply it yourself, I really recommend this product. The customer service is also top notch
