Should have everyone in the house
This product is always in my pharmacy. Cold, sore throat, flu, stuffy nose, you rub it on your chest and the top of your back to sleep and the next day you wake up in a much better condition and unswell. I also used it in hot water to make inhalations.

Favorite part of the evening routine is VICKS?
Hi ladies and gents, I thought for quite a long time what I wanted to write my first post about. I was in bed thinking. As I was thinking, I grabbed my jar of Vicks and put it on my nose. Suddenly I realized, VICKS! My mom has been using this for as long as I can remember. If I was in muscle pain, sick, or overtired, she made this jar out. For those who do not yet know what Vicks/Vaporub is, it is an ointment of multiple volatile oils and aromatic substances and works after inhalation through the nose. I use it for different things myself. If I massage myself as a result of muscle pain, have a cold, don't feel so good or if I just can't breathe so deep, I'll smear some Vicks. Lubricating Vicks, especially around my nose, works very healing for me and it allows me to breathe very fine and well. For me, its use is like a lip balm, for example, it belongs to my daily routine. Especially before I go to bed I like to smear, it belongs to my evening routine. To be honest, the expensive creams aren't the highlight of my elaborate evening routine, but Vicks do. The menthol scent makes me relax and sleep well. It also ensures that my nasal passages are free and I can breathe well and deeply. If I've smeared this, somehow I fall asleep much faster. I'm guessing because it makes me so relaxed. For anyone who loves menthol, this is definitely a must! And a tip is sure to smear it around your nose and throat before you go to sleep! xx

No more sleepless nights from coughing!
Review Vicks Vaprorub 2-11-2020 —————— Summer is over and the colder days come back in sight. We get cold and flu again, have a runny nose and have to cough. The latter can be rather annoying at night. It can make sleepless nights and of course we don't want to. When the days get colder, I always cough very much and hard during the day, but also at night. I had days when I just couldn't sleep because I had to cough again every other day. One thing that really helped me fight coughing in the night is Vicks Vaporub. This is an inhalation balm for the relief of colds and flu and contains menthol. I always smear this under my feet and then put on socks. I'm also smear it on my chest. This allows me to breathe the balm well and I have much less coughing while sleeping! What really helps you get coughing? 😊
