I use it once a week, apply it leave for 10-15 minutes and I o my normal hair routine. I do recommend it as it does show results, not necessarily from the first use but it does wander in the long run.

I bought this product together with the number 3, as this is supposed to be a killer combo! This product is just liquid and is a kind of base for the mask. I find it very difficult to apply as one jet comes out of the syringe. It is not a spray, as it were. So it is difficult to spread a little bit all over your hair, so you can quickly spray a few times. Of course, you actually want to prevent this because it is a fairly expensive product. In the end, I do notice that my hair is less dry but the split ends remain. I've been using it 1x every week for about 3 months
