Makeup meets skincare

I was sent this product for free by NYX. This NYX Professional Plump Right Back Primer is one of those products where makeup and skincare meet. The primer plumps skin and creates a gorgeous smooth base for your makeup (and helps hold it in place too) whilst delivering electrolytes and vitamins to your skin. As someone who takes electrolyte supplements, I know they are important for keeping you hydrated, but I have to say its the new to me to find them in a skin product! Here is a run down of the skin-loving ingredients inside: -Hyaluronic acid: my skin-hydration bestie. This ingredient is fab for plumping your skin. -Vitamin E: helps protect skin, absorb and retain moisture. -Pro Vitamin B5: Helps keep skin hydrated and supple and helpful for retaining moisture. -Magnesium & Potassium: Electrolyte time! Electrolytes support hydration. But how does it perform? I really liked how smoothly my makeup applied on top pf this, particularly my foundation, and I did feel my skin looked plumper. It held my makeup well and felt comfortable to wear, without upsetting my acne-prone skin. #AugustFavourite
