Sleepzzz Inslapers Melatonine

This is for the tough sleepers among us! I've been using this for years when I can't get to sleep myself. Take the amount that's right for you, melt them under your tongue, and half an hour later your eyes hang at half 7, haha. These are the sleepers, and NOT the sleepers! So are you having trouble falling asleep, too many active thoughts (thinking like me)? Then this might be worth a try. I have to say, there's a cheaper option of the kruidvat, and it also works very well, you have to take a little more of it, and with water and not under the tongue. Maybe useful if you want to try a cheaper option first, as the Sleepzzz range is expensive. Hope this can help someone like it helped me! X Courtney

It really works! 😴💤

It just works every time. I'm not sleeping pills myself but it happens every 2/3 months that I have restless nights and can't sleep. I want a solution that is as natural and effective as possible. Sleepzz melatonin helps but I wouldn't recommend it for every day.
