I naturally have golden blonde/dark blonde hair. I notice in the winter that my hair gets dark quickly and then I really like to freshen everything up with this spray Just rub it on my roots after showering, comb it out lightly and spread it out. Then blow dry and voila, a clear difference after 1 or 2 times. My dark blonde hair gets a golden glow again and everything looks a lot lighter, like I've been in the sun

This is a nice and good product to detangle your hair. It works great without unnecessary clutter that makes the hair greasy and heavy. It is a three in one spray that detangles, protects against hair heat and is said to provide shine. I don't notice much about the shine on this, so I use a little bit of hair oil as a finishing touch. But another good product by John Frieda.
