Hi all! ✨ WOW! I FINALLY found something that works with hormonal acne! I tried a lot for this: various creams, cleanings, products from The Ordinary, adjusting nutrition, switching contraception.. Nothing helped. Just a little background info: I have a fairly normal skin type, dry rather than fat. This year, I suddenly suffered from impurities around my mouth and on my cheeks. From that moment on, I've never been pimple free again, inflammation continued to add. Due to the spot of the impurities and the fact that I never suffered from pimples before, I was able to quickly draw the conclusion that the 'problem' was linked to hormones. From a friend I was recommended these skin supplements, I never really believed in that but I really saw a lot of difference with her. Long doubted to order them because I find them very expensive (€124 for 180 capsules and you have to take 4 a day in the beginning...) The tagged product has a different price but I believe that is 50 capsules. It is cheaper to get 180 as you have to start with 4 a day. About the supplements: “The capsules contain vitamins A, C and E and a unique nutrient DIM (a strong extract of brocolli. This helps maintain a healthy, clean and cool skin. The capsules work against all the different causes of acne, too much sebum, bacteria, hormones and brings the skin back into balance” At first you have to take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, as soon as your skin looks better, you can decrease to 2 per day. That girlfriend of mine only swallows it when she gets her period because she sometimes gets some pimples. So the first pot goes very fast and I find it very pricey but when I look at the result I think it's definitely worth it! Because wow, what a difference! I've been taking them for a little longer than 2.5 weeks now and I can just finally say I'm pimple free right now! I only have some red spots on my face but no real inflammation anymore! I wanted to wait with my review until the spots were gone too but I can't wait because I know a lot of women have this problem. The left picture was taken when I started taking the pills, I have to say that I started in a 'good time' because I often had more impurities than you see in the picture now. The photo on the right was taken today! So what I said, not completely even because of the red spots but without inflammation! I'm super glad I finally found something, unfortunately just not a cheap solution.. I didn't get any side effects or any of these supplements, my skin doesn't dry out of it or anything!

holy grail for (hormonal) acne!! finally something that really works I myself gave the product to my best friend for Christmas. who had terrible problems with acne on her face. Now at the end of Feb: you can see very strong results!!!!

I think this is a kind of broccoli supplement DIM, is also contained in broccoli. Super expensive, cure finished, even ordered a large pot. Adhered to the dosage.. but sorry if you really have hormonal acne with underground bumps on your chin then this doesn't work.. at least not with me. By the way, it also got a really bad headache.
