When using this puff if you lightly powder the underlying using a fluffy brush then press the power over it reduces the appearance of creases for that smooth under eye look

you can use any powder puff but i recommend any triangle shaped powder puff. these are very good for using powder under the eyes as they give off a smooth look. To make it look even better once you’ve applied your powder puff onto your powder then tap off any excess onto the back of your hand to prevent any cakeyness
