Fixerende make-uppoeders Essence All About 8 g

I've used essence products since my teen years. My skin has always been super sensitive and essence was one of brands that didn't cause redness, itchiness or rashes. I found this setting powder years ago and have stuck with it ever since. It's lightweight, sheer and doesn't leave a sheen after applied. I never had issues with flashback or feeling like my skin is being dried out. I would not recommend it for baking though, as I'm not sure whether it would work for that (I prefer to bake with loose powders). It's more an everyday wear type of setting powder. I prefer it to most loose powders for every day wear as it doesn't make a mess and get absolutely everywhere. It does have a slight scent to it, which some people avoid, but the fragrance isn't annoying or over-powering.

I used this powder every morning to set my under eye area and my forehead. I used it with a fluffy brush. My face stayed matt for a long time during the day, I usually didn’t have to retouch my face with powder or use blotting sheets. The only thing I didn’t like about this product is that de packing broke so it became inconvenient to use. But the product was great

I see others experiencing that with this powder, the face becomes “cakey”. I never experience this and my makeup really stays beautiful all day long! Before I do my makeup, I first clean my face and use some moisturizer, I think this also contributes to an even look. I recommend this one!
