This serum helps so well against puffy eyes. Especially if you cried because of a sad movie the night before or because you just cried. I've been using this product for a while now and it's really ideal!! When I apply this product under my eyes, I often do it in the morning. I let it soak in briefly and then apply my makeup. It has a cooling effect and therefore the bags under the eyes pull away quickly!!
