Biotine 1000 mcg (biotin)

Hair food
Biotin is what feeds hair, keeping it strong and long. These capsules where a good size but I didn’t really notice any difference after taking. I did read it can take 6 months for a noticeable difference. So I switched to a multi-vitamin with biotin in.

Because I've been trying to keep and keep my hair as beautiful and healthy as possible for years (the points always break down at a certain length, slightly above my bra strap, so I have to cut it and never seem to become longer) I regularly swallow vitamin supplements with vitamin. B, such as Biotin, Skin, Hair & Nails, Brewer's Yeast or Sugar Bear Vitamins. Now I was allowed to test @weareeves these supplements! So I'm very happy about that of course.:) I've been taking these for a few months now, but still, like the other supplements I've taken, it's hard to tell what its effect is. I do have a lot of new hairs ('baby hairs'), that's fun! But wouldn't I get those if I didn't swallow hair supplements..? I read in other reviews that it can also have a positive effect on the skin, I don't notice any of that either. Perhaps because I had good skin, I hardly ever suffer from pimples or blemishes. :-) In the context of 'does not bathe it doesn't harm' and because I just want beautiful, long and healthy hair I keep taking it for the time being.

too much of the good?
I have a question for you. as you can see this product contains the vitaminstore 2000% reference ingestion. or 20 times more than the recommended amount. What's the idea behind this? why so many times more than what's good? what research tells that more than the recommended amount is better and in fact: does not harm? I like to hear your opinion. by the way, I don't have any bad experiences with this product. i currently swallow it every other day because I feel like every day isn't good.
