Salicylic Acid 2% Masque - masker

The results have been pretty good with this dark mask, it reminds me of that really amazing Glamglow mask but soooo much less expensive! phew! This budget beauty has a nice fresh charcoal clean scent and the clay paste smooths right over the skin. It dries and you can see the oil spots absorbed when it dries, and I personally see my pores visibly tighter when it is washed off. Exfoliating salicylic acid is a fav of mine, it works so well on the pores and fighting potential blemishes. I really enjoy using this mask because my skin feels renewed, clear and baby soft after use. It helps keep my skin clear and is an adequate BHA mask step in my routine. Especially at such an amazing price.

I received this in the daily greats gift box and it’s an ok product. It’s quite difficult to blend into your skin, the smell is pretty terrible (vingerary) and it’s not the easiest to get off. The after affect is quite nice though, it does leave your skin feeling clean and cleansed.  

The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Masque is an absolute must-have in my skincare routine. As someone who often suffers from blemishes and impure skin, I was looking for an effective solution, and this mask far exceeded my expectations. The first thing I noticed about this mask is its dark color and thick, creamy texture. It is easy to apply and feels nice on the skin. I use the mask once or twice a week, depending on how my skin feels. As soon as I apply it, I notice that it starts to work gently, without any irritation or irritation, which is a big plus for my sensitive skin. Salicylic acid, the key ingredient in this mask, is known for its ability to penetrate deep into pores and remove impurities and excess sebum. After the first use, my skin felt cleaner and fresher. After a few weeks of regular use, I noticed that my pimples reduced significantly. My skin became more even and the inflammations decreased. What I especially like is that the mask helps prevent new pimples by keeping my pores clean. In addition to salicylic acid, the mask also contains clay and charcoal, both of which are great for absorbing excess oil and cleansing the skin. This ensures that my skin not only becomes pimple-free, but also less shiny and gets a healthy, matte finish. The only disadvantage I could mention is that the mask can be a bit drying if you use it too often. That's why it's important to use a good moisturizer after rinsing off the mask. For me, however, this is not a big problem, as the positive effects clearly outweigh this small flaw. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Masque. It has significantly improved my skin by reducing blemishes and smoothing my complexion. For anyone who struggles with impurities and is looking for an effective and affordable solution, I highly recommend this mask.
