I sweat A LOT and over the past years I have just accepted that there's not much I can do about it so I don't expect too much from my deodorants. I saw this one on offer at the kruidvat and decided to give it a go. The first day I wore it while travelling and didn't sweat the whole day, I was so surprised!! It smells great and actually does what it says, I may have finally found a solution :') (however, I'm not sure how good it is to suppress your sweating and am aware that most deodorants have quite harmful ingredients - if anyone knows more about this I would love to hear in the comments!)

I apply it under my armpits, and then I let it sit for a while. Then I blot away the rest of the deodorant with a toilet paper. This works best for ME! And I keep smelling fresh all day long!! I would recommend it to people who are afraid of smelling like sweat later in the day! After all, you don't have to apply this more often in a day!
