Effaclar DUO (+)

I’ve used Duo+ for over 5 years now. I notice a difference in my skin pretty much immediately after using. It’s great for any breakouts, oiliness, scarring etc. It was recommended to me when coming off Roaccutane and I’ve always repurchased on instinct as it really does help. A little goes a long way too and I use it nightly so it can soak in overnight!

A very nice thick moisturiser with SPF 30. Good for the days when my skin needs a bit of extra moisture whilst still being protected from the sun. It does not have any overpowering smells and doesn’t clog up my pores like other thicker sunscreens have done previously.

I had a little try of this @larocheposay Sample tonight. Effaclar duo anti- blemish gel moisturiser. It's gently exfoliates to help prevent spots and breakouts Reduces the appearance of Blackheads, blemishes & post acne marks It's a lovely light gel formula that feels weightless once it's applied and it has no scent. It's not ideal for my skin as I don't suffer with any of these problems, but thought I'd just try it. For me it's not hydrating enough although my skin is more on the dry side. I can imagine on an oily skin this would be really effective as dries into the skin really well.
