This Elf Wow brow is, especially considering the price, a great eyebrow modeling & pigmentation product. The color, yes, is not very noticeable, so you have subtle, slightly tinted eyebrows that stay sculpted for quite a long time. Oh and the size is ideal to put in your bag 😁
