Waterproof Oogpotlood

Hi Evies, I got this eye pencil for free with my order, a long time back. Normally I don't use a pencil but a left one, but this pencil really surprises me! Very nice to use, nice matte and stays nice all day long! Also definitely waterproof, both above the lashes and under the eyes. So definitely a must! X - Femke

I have been using it for years and for me it is THE best. Held without reproach, does not “sink”, does not plaque. Excellent texture, neither too dry nor too greasy. Can be placed as a pencil in the inner eyelid as well as as an eye liner. Great price on top of that. Top top
