Magnesium

I'm just using these because of muscle cramps in the lower leg. Have the night variant. Haven't had any restless legs yet, but whether that's a coincidence or the tablets... Waiting and waiting. The tablets are very large, luckily fragile.

After taking Kruidvat magnesium citrate in the evening, I have a huge headache the next morning. Magnesium I can normally fall asleep well at night, but it doesn't help for that either. I'm never going to buy it again.
