This liquid eyeliner is a personal favorite for at least 8 years! After just finding a spin, the brush is super easy to use and perfect for both casual use and the real 'wing' fan! The eyeliner itself has the perfect 'thickness' so your eyes don't feel heavy when used. The color of the eyeliner does not disappoint either and is really black and not grey.
