Brown eyeliner number 103 very precise and holds well. Easy and quick drying. I just don't like the wet effect but it's written on the packaging unfortunately I hadn't seen before even when it's dry. Affordable

The Kiko Milano waterproof eyeliner in color 01 is the best liquid white eyeliner I've ever used. It's really hard to work with, especially if you're used to an eyeliner pen. But if you're looking for a well-pigmented white eyeliner, it's the right one.
