Baking before foundation
Apply translucent powder first all over the face and do a mini baking and then remove the excess with a large brush. Then apply the foundation for an incredible result test the you too will see a huge difference. In addition, the foundation does not move during the day. 😍

If I have issues with something, it's buying a foundation. I have a very light skin (just no albino yet) and also very dry skin. ⠀ I've been looking for a foundation that isn't too dark, doesn't turn orange but also doesn't make the dry spots stand out. By now I've found some foundations that are really nice! ⠀ My favourite right now is the Douglas no transfer foundation for light coverage and the Nars sheer glow for more coverage. The Revolution conceal and define foundation and the Mac studio fix fluid are also a good asset. The foundations are all dewy. Stay well and provide plenty of coverage.

I have exactly the same problem and love the sheer glow of NARS! I use gobi in the winter and Salzburg in the summer months.
