ScandalEyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal

I think it's a good eye pencil but I don't think it's worth the price. It applies well and has a nice clear black color but I think there are much better eye pencils for sale at this price so that's why I gave it three stars.

Super fine eyeliner! You don't have to press hard at all and the product is very nice to work with! It was a good line in one go and you can do a lot with it! Too bad it breaks down very quickly because unfortunately I was only able to use it once but despite that it is a very good eyeliner!!

For the waterline, this is a very fine pencil. Not as waterproof as the packaging says, but it stays in place on its own. It is a very soft pencil and therefore glides very nicely over your waterline. I find most of them too hard for this. In that respect, it is really top notch. But for the smokey eye, I don't like it at all. I may be doing something wrong, but I always look like a raccoon, and have tried everything. You can't really make a subtle line with it, it's a really thick line, and not pretty or anything. I've also tried to make it a little smokey with a brush or with my fingers but that only makes the raccoon effect worse hahaha. Conclusion, highly recommended if you are looking for something for your waterline. Not recommended if you want to make a smokey look with it
