Glowy Super Gel

I bought this in Starglow because Sunglow was sold out. I am black and medium to dark skinned and I thought it would wash me out but it looked perfect. Starglow has a more white shimmer to it. I don’t wear makeup and have dull skin so this definitely helps. I wear this on top on my sunscreen as my last step, but it can be used as a primer.

Is this good for dry skin and will it not cause me break outs I’m debating wether too or not too buy this item so anything will help thanks!

This is my favorite makeup product. It's super light, you can barely feel it on your skin. And it gives you a nice glow. I like this better than the charlotte tilbery flawless filter and also better than the elf halo glow. You can also wear it under your foundation. Or this product alone
