Well let's start of with the taste it's an acquired taste quite strong and bitter with a tad of sweet mixed in. I trialed the product and as I was using everyday I did actually notice a big change in myself. My hormones and moods changed for the good and my nails look healthier and grown, my hair looks healthier and shiny and skin is glowing. I wholy feel amazing. So yes I do recommend for all these reasons alone. The benefits speak for themselfs.
