Absolutely hate this product. It is super thick and definately NOT for anyone that has even a bit of melanin. Here is why; it leaves a white cast on your face and it is sooooo bad and you will look like a ghost who is not white. It is also super thick in consistency and it does NOT easily blend into the skin so it looks like a greasy, undissolvable mess on your skin. I tend to be kind to companies but this is just not worth a penny.

The cream has a thick texture and feels like a good protective layer on the skin. I must say that my eyes irritate when I rub it around my eyes, so it's really not suitable for use around your eyes. It also burns when it's in your eyes. I also like that it contains a high SPF, because most sun creams in the Netherlands are quite low for the winter. I usually use a summer sunscreen throughout the winter. Nice that there is a product for the winter. My skin also feels a lot less dry since I used it. The tube is sufficient for the face, neck and hands that are most exposed to the sun in the winter months. I just think it lasts a maximum of 2 months or even less if you actually lubricate every 2 hours. Personally, I don't apply sunscreen every 2 hours in the Netherlands, because the sun simply doesn't shine. When the sun does shine (abroad, for example), I apply more often. I'm going on vacation to a country with a fresh climate soon and can't wait to take the product with me. It is really suitable for winter sports, for example, but also just for the winter in the Netherlands.

I am a firm believer in using SPF on my face every day. But most creams with SPF in them are very oily and cause pimples on my face. But since I've been using this nivea cream, it bothers me a lot less. The cream is very spreadable and smells great like sunscreen. That smell immediately reminds me of summer.
