This Neutrogena Retinol Boost serum comes in a bottle with a pump. For me, one pump is enough to lubricate my face and neck. It is a fairly thin transparent emulsion. My skin is really getting used to retinol. So I also started using this serum every other day to get my skin used to it. The serum absorbs very quickly, which I really like. One disadvantage of this product is the strange chemical smell it has. I really have to get used to this and often just really hate it. After a week, I notice that my skin responds better to the serum and my skin feels less tight and tight. With ten days of use, I see that my skin looks fresher and I also notice that I have better hydration. Nice that I was able to test this serum together with the accompanying cream. As a duo, it's a really nice combination. I use the cream in the morning and the serum in the evening. The use of this serum therefore requires some persistence.
