Shower Bar Avocado

I bought this because I want to include more environmentally friendly products in my routines. I was already using the shampoobar and that one works great for me. Mostly I just love the scent of the avocado line. My boyfriend used it as well for some time but his hair started feeling very dry so it is quite personal if it works for you. But ofcourse this review is about the soap not the shampoo. Still love the scent but it makes my skin too "squicky clean" you can feel it stripping the oils from your skin and give you that tightening feeling. Some people may enjoy this as you definately feel clean but as my skin is on the dryer and more sensitive side it is not the perfect product for me. I still have it im my bathroom though as it gives the room a nice smell.

I would like to buy some more conscious products, in the context of something more environmentally conscious products. That's why a shower bar instead of a liquid shower gel. First of all, it is packed in a cardboard box, so the packaging is plastic free. Then about the product: I'm excited! I had tried a shower bar from NAE before that I wasn't really satisfied with, but this is a nice product. I wet the shower bar slightly, then rub it over a washcloth. It foams very nice and smells really good. Then soaping and rinsing yourself. Where the NAE shower bar gave you a weird, rigorous skin, I don't bother with this variant. Just a soft skin after showering. Regularly on sale at the drugstore, so it's also very affordable. If you want to try a shower bar I would definitely recommend it.
