Nice but little effect
I used them for a while, tasting on its own, but not working enough. Had little effect on it. The biotin's tables work better.

Tastes great but don't work with me
I've been trying these for a while. My hair falls out and doesn't feel soft. Despite that delicious flavors, I still don't notice any difference. Seems like her dropout is getting worse.

Moderate product
It didn't do much and had an aftertaste that was sometimes very nauseating. After a month of consistent use, not much about my hair changes.

Well, I've been using them for the 2nd time now (for 3 months) and I'm seeing results, it also depends on how you take care of your hair on the side because I have frizzy hair 4B/C. But of course tablets or something liquid always work just a little better.
