Moroccanoil Treatment Purple

Such an iconic product and now in purple! Everybody knows the iconic Moroccanoil argan oil hair treatment, but it had a strong yellow/orange tint to it that could potentially stain blonde or grey hair. Now with the purple-tinted hair oil those with bleached locks, grey hair or natural blonde can use the oil freely with no fear of staining the hair color, moreover, it will help the hair avoid gaining these nasty brassy tones. My only gripe with this product for which I didn't give it 5 stars is the fact that the bottle doesn't have any type of stopper or pumping mechanism, so the risk of it being spilled even just by accident seems high to me. I especially love the signature scent of Moroccanoil, it's probably one of the best-smelling scents on the market. Use after you wash your hair, it's fine to use when the hair is wet or when it's dry, but make sure it's a tiny amount otherwise the hair might appear greasy since it really is oil.

The Moroccanoil Purple Treatment is really great! It removes those annoying yellow and copper tones from your blonde or gray hair and makes it super shiny and soft. Thanks to the argan oil, your hair stays nicely hydrated and easy to style without that sticky feeling. Highly recommended! 🌟

I got to test the Moroccanoil purple treatment. I have already worn out some bottles of the original treatment so I can easily compare the new variant! The new variant contains a violet pigment like the one you see in silver shampoo, especially for blonde/gray or cool colored hair. On your hand, the product feels no different than usual, the wonderful scent is already familiar. The oil is now purple but not so purple that pigment remains on your hands. My hair is dark blonde with highlights, the treatment feels just as comfortable as the original one. I don't see any purple haze in my hair after application and don't have the idea that my hair color actually makes a difference with a small amount of oil that you use, although I don't think this product is actually intended for that either. It can work as a refresher for your freshly washed hair with silver shampoo or hair that just had a toner in it. This little bit of purple can then give just that little bit extra. Another wonderful product, for me personally, I like it just as much as the original one. Maybe I'll grab this one more often once I've put my hair in silver shampoo again. #moroccanoil #moroccanoilpurple
