Huh?! Is it snowing now? Oh no, it's head rose 😅 Almost half of the Dutch suffer from dandruff. *Wow, Seriously 😲 You quickly use one shampoo to another but are there any food remedies you can use for that? 🤔 The answer is... Drumgerofel... Yes! coconut fat seems to be very popular to counter dandruff, it tackles the yeasts that the rose initially causes. Tip: massage it into the hair leave for 15-20 minutes and rinse it out, some people leave it over the night with a towel (✨) make sure you don't do this before a night out, it makes your hair very greasy and you won't get it out so fast. 😂 Apple cider vinegar (pay attention diluted!) , yes that none that some people now also drink to lose weight... The high pH value of apple cider vinegar slows the growth of dandruff causing yeasts, you can't apply this to your scalp in pure form, dilute it, massage it and let it soak for 15 min:) your hair smells a bit strong like vinegar but that smell fades again... 👃 Aspirin, Like many anti-dandruff agents, contains aspirin salicylic acid. This' good 'acid has a softening and moisturizing effect on the top layer of the skin, removing flakes. Crate a few aspirins into powder, mix with some water and apply the paste to your scalp. You can also add the powder to your shampoo for an extra anti-dandruff effect. 😊 Aloe Vera, no this does not help against the yeast, but is more of a tip against the itch: Aloe vera has a disinfecting effect and helps against the itching. For quick, cool relief, rub a little bit of aloe veragel on the irritated areas. 👋 tea tree oil, You can add a few drops of the oil to your shampoo for a calming effect. Do not use more than a few drops, too much tea tree oil can be aggressive to your skin. 🧐

This is one of my absolute miracle remedies for my face and skin, this is an essential oil that you can do on your skin and you can take in. I use this after having done my evening routine on the areas that need more support, such as pimples, dry spots or blemishes. This is also great for after shaving if you've just gained your bodybutters and lotions. A few droplets on your hands and just smear over the rest. Tip: If you put a drop under both feet before bedtime and/or get up, it will help your immune system within 60sec through your bloodstream.
