Must in supplementen!

I always had muscle cramps and poor sleep. These magnesium supplements have helped me enormously with this. I myself take 2 tablets a day to fill my magnesium deficiency. I consciously take them in the evening before bed, so it has 2 functions! I would say a must to use on a daily basis.

Magnesium for day and night: 2 brands 👌

I've been a vegetarian all my life, so I take quite a few types of 'health' in tablets or capsules with, of course, eating very consciously. For example, if you have sleep problems, I recommend that you (like me) take 1 of the 'Nitrate' version in the morning, e.g. lucovitaal (good quality and often on sale 🤗) And at night I take twice from the yes powder keg brand 'Magnesium night' 😴.. Magnesium is sws for so much function is a good supplement... especially with vegan people, love

Bit of magnesium won't hurt

Swallow magnesium on the recommendation of the osteopath. Good for the muscles that are so much less cramped. The citrate form is better absorbed in your body than the oxide form. Since I swallowed it I feel better, though the pills are big (a disadvantage for me). The advantage of Lucovitaal is that it is regularly 1 +1 free.
