Kevin Murphy - HYDRATE-ME.RINSE

I have been suffering from frizzy hair for over a year. I have now used so many products that often only work temporarily or not at all against frizzy hair. So when I got the chance to test Kevin.Murphy's hydrate.me.rinse, I was really looking forward to it 😍. It took me a while to write this review but I really had to use this hydrate.me.rinse conditioner for a few weeks to get something confirmed. Fluffy hair is therefore caused by a lack of moisture, which causes the hair to be damaged and eventually break down. That fluffy hair also feels completely dry and style your hair... whatever 🙄 What do you mean bad hair day.. In any case, the description of this product is promising. It is a super nourishing and hydrating conditioner for normal to dry hair and is designed to repair and replenish the hair when it needs repair. It is full of antioxidants that give your hair a nice healthy glow and protects it from further dehydration. I received this conditioner in a box with a sweet note 😘. The packaging is square and separate. Later, I read on the website that this is to get the most out of the packaging. I couldn't really figure out how much to use at a time but it worked out. It's never much, about the amount of a big nut. All strands can simply be rubbed in. The scent of the conditioner is nice and a bit sweet and fruity. Normally I'm not a fan of that but it certainly doesn't bother. After rinsing, I already noticed a big difference. Once dry, everything feels super soft and smooth. Almost perfect actually... but unfortunately it doesn't help my frizzy hair (yet). I've been using Kevin.Murphy's hydrate.me.rinse for a few weeks now and I'm generally satisfied with it. My hair is supple, fluffy and smooth, although the latter is not entirely my style. Because of my normally stiff hair, my hair style is usually a bit voluminous and wilder. But the worst part is that it has done very little to combat that fluff. After all, Kevin.Murphy is also sulphate and paraben-free, which can also help against frizzy hair. Maybe I should combine it with the accompanying shampoo. Who knows, I might try that again. In the meantime, it therefore gets 4 stars.

I think this is a very nice conditioner! First of all, the packaging is really very aesthetically pleasing, beautiful lilac and metallic. It immediately looks a bit more luxurious. In terms of appearance, I don't notice much difference in my hair, but when I shower, I do notice a difference with other conditioners and I also notice a difference in how my hair feels. First while showering. I notice that my hair falls out a lot less compared to other conditioners, so that's really nice, especially because I already have so thin and fine hair. I also think I know what they mean by a “non-aggravating conditioner” now, because it does feel lighter in some way. It is very easy to apply. After showering, I also notice a difference. My hair feels softer! I also have less residue on my scalp compared to other conditioners. So, of course, my hair is also a bit less likely to be greasy. By the way, I use it as it says on the package, after washing and then letting it soak in for 1-2 minutes. The only thing I don't like is that I don't really like the smell, but it's not bad, so that doesn't really matter. The other thing is that it is quite expensive. €27 for 250 ml. But if you really want to invest in yourself, it's not a waste of money. I would recommend this conditioner, especially if you're really into hair care. I am satisfied with this product and I would like to try more Kevin Murphy products in the future because I've also heard a lot of positive things about other products.
