Despite my age, I occasionally have papules and coarse pores. This cleanser cleanses my skin well and I certainly don't get any more papules (like other cleansers did to me).. I used the calm of Paula's choice too, but often kept seeing makeup residues, I don't have that with this one. The only thing I regret is that my skin feels a bit tighter after use. But I'm going to have to find a good night cream for this, I think.
