I started using this cleanser three weeks ago. At first, it just gave me a bit of pimples but quickly noticed that I just had to keep going and it really improved my skin so much! I now have a nice natural glow and almost no pimples left. Ps I have naturally oily skin. I first use this cleanser for 1 minute, then I also break up the cleanser with hot/lukewarm water for another 30 seconds. Then I use cerave.
