Worth the price

Chanel lipsticks are really something else. They are really expensive, but it’s really worth the price. I have the shade 434 “mademoiselle” and I adore it. It’s hydrating, yet it does stay on really well! It seems to leave some sort of stain on your lips for at least a few hour if you eat and drink, so you don’t have to re-apply it constantly. But you can if you want it to be perfect. As you can see in the photo, the lipstick has been through a lot. It just works perfect with every make-up look and I take it everywhere!

Chanel lipsticks are my favourite! The smell, texture, pigmentation and hold are always on point. I like the velvet kind.

A Beautiful Lipstick with Some Drawbacks

Pros: Beautiful packaging: The lipstick comes in a sleek and elegant black and gold case that looks stunning on my vanity. I appreciate the attention to detail and the luxury feel that it adds to my makeup collection. Long-lasting formula: The name of this lipstick, "Langdurige," means "long-lasting" in Dutch, and it definitely lives up to that claim. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the lipstick stayed on throughout the day, even after eating and drinking. It didn't smudge or fade, and I only needed to touch it up once or twice. Cons: Limited shade range: While there are some beautiful shades available, I was disappointed by the limited range of colors offered in this collection. There were only a few shades that I felt would suit my skin tone, and I would have liked to see more options. Drying formula: One of the biggest drawbacks of this lipstick for me was how dry it felt on my lips. The matte finish can be unforgiving, and it accentuated any dryness or lines on my lips. I found that I needed to apply a moisturizing balm underneath to make the lipstick feel more comfortable. Expensive: This lipstick is definitely on the pricier side, which might be a con for some people. While I appreciate the quality and luxury feel, it might not be worth the investment for everyone. In conclusion, Coco Chanel Rouge Langdurige is a beautiful and long-lasting lipstick with some drawbacks. While the packaging and lasting power are impressive, the limited shade range and drying formula may not be suitable for everyone. Additionally, the high price point may not be worth it for some. Overall, while I appreciate the luxurious feel and quality of this lipstick, I'm not sure if I would repurchase it.
