101 C-Glow

Fine vit-c serum! For me, a top per for the summer. Unfortunately, this one is a little too strong for my skin for the winter. In winter, my skin is generally dry, more sensitive and tends to eczema so I prefer not to use this serum. Throughout the spring and summer, this serum works wonders. I really get an instant glow from this! When the cold is over, I will definitely use it again!

This one was so promising... The reviews are really laudatory! Average 5 stars in rating! And yet this vitamin C serum has been disastrous for my skin...! Where do I start... I was surprised when I read the instructions for use. It should be kept in the refrigerator. To keep it fresh is the claim... and to extend the shelf life. Do not refrigerate means a shelf life of 6 weeks, but keeping in the refrigerator means 3 months shelf life. And 3 months is the maximum shelf life of this serum. Surely I was surprised about this. But hey... The 1st time I used this serum it hadn't been in the fridge and the effect was moderate on my skin. I had a bit of the glow, but it disappeared soon. I don't know if that's my skin... The 2nd time I used this serum, I had put it in the fridge the night before. To keep it fresh according to the claim... Well that was a big mistake!! When applied, it burned a lot on my skin. I've never experienced such a burning sensation before. It shocked me very much and immediately rinsed off my face with water! After that, the burning sensation was gone... I don't understand it... Why did this happen? Others were not bothered by anything... I did not follow anything but the instructions for use. And that turned the serum into a burning substance. I'm really confused... It can't be on my skin, other products don't give my skin a burning sensation. A few days later, carefully tried again, the serum has not been in the fridge anymore. This time I had no more burning sensation. Just normal. So the cause is clearly with the refrigerator. It was not indicated to the maximum degree of storage, but maybe my fridge was too cold. I don't know. But I do know this isn't my favorite serum. I just don't like the instructions for use and it hasn't actually done much for my skin either. The glow is minimal and I don't find the 6 weeks shelf life relaxed...! Unfortunately, this is not for me...!

#worstbeautybuy This is my worst purchase ever! This barely caused a glow to my skin, which was promised. Advice was to keep this serum in the fridge to keep it fresh. After that, I had used it, but it burned my skin very badly. The expiration date is also very short. I think this is a big bad buy...
