Expensive but worthy

I have to say that I find this ACV very expensive. I lost almost 12 euro for a bottle. However, a bottle takes a long time. I really don't like drinking it with water and that's why I add it to my tea. That's going a lot better. In terms of side effects, I have no visible improvements (yet).

Is apple cider vinegar a panacea or nonsense?!

One teaspoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with a glass of water in the morning would help with weight loss, according to several studies. Time for me to test this. The vinegar can affect your teeth, so I drank this with a straw. Conclusion: After a month of drinking this remedy every morning I didn't notice any difference from my weight (read: diet not adapted). However, I noticed that I had less cold (it has an antibacterial effect). Whether this is placebo effect or if it really is, I don't know. But I didn't have a nasal congestion, while at this time I have a lot of trouble. Tip: If I start to feel sick I will definitely take this drink, but not every morning (because the taste is terrible!!!)
