Autentica Parfum

Hi Eves, Some time ago I asked @weareeves if anyone had an idea where I could find the new Furla Autentica perfume, since it was apparently nowhere to be found in the Benelux at the time, in the meantime I found it (Zalando! 😉) and tested! 😊 Furla Autentica is a Chypre fragrance for women with notes of Pear, Raspberry, Mandarin, Peony, Lily of the Valley, Cherry Blossom, Musk, Patchouli and Cashmere Wood. On paper, this scent seemed like my thing, thanks to the woody and spicy hints of the last 3 notes, combined with the fruit and flowers and since I couldn't find it anywhere to smell in advance, I just ordered it, hoping it was good. When I arrived at my order I smelled the bottle, I thought, “Happy! A little floral, but very tasty, fresh and summery!” Furthermore, it is a little girly, not very sweet but a little innocent and good. On my skin, however, it smells very different, then I smell something very strong in it, a very sharp edge, that when smelling the bottle itself, I don't smell at all. I think it's the Patchouli, which reacts very strongly to the natural scent of my skin. Strange because in almost all my smells is Patchouli. In itself, it is a fine everyday fragrance, but I don't think I would have bought it if I could have sprayed this perfume on my wrists in advance. It's not my favorite scent and I probably won't wear Autentica on special occasions, this place is still reserved for my beloved Black Opium, but Autentica is certainly suitable for ordinary everyday activities, such as work, shopping and walking. It's just a pity that touch of strong Patchouli on my skin, because without that touch of Patchouli, if it just smelled like it smells in the bottle, this scent would have been great. And now it is an ordinary everyday fragrance that is okay for the ordinary, normal, everyday activities, the ordinary, everyday days. Just fine, no more and no less. The scent does linger for a long time and, in my opinion, is suitable for ladies of all ages. The bottle itself is quite simple in terms of design, but beautiful and, thanks to the golden details and the line on the bottom half of the bottle, is reminiscent of the iconic Furla shoulder bags. Furla is my favorite bag brand, I also own a number of copies in my collection, so the bottle suits me and is, for me personally, an asset to my dressing table. If Chypre scents are your thing and these Autentica are completely written to you, you can now find them in sale at Zalando. A 50ml bottle will cost you €54.99 and a 100ml bottle comes at €55.95.
