Aeonia Age Defying Serum

Not the miracle I had hoped for
I was beyond excited to receive this serum to test - and I had high hopes. First impressions were very good - the box was of good quality with a very pleasing hidden magnetic clasp, the minimalistic packaging was appealing and the bottle itself screamed of high quality and elegance. I loved the look of it all. The lid of the bottle was a twist lid which actually drew up sufficient product for each application within the glass dropper. Now the first thing I noticed about the product itself was the scent. I still haven't managed to quite place the scent - but it was strong and to be honest I wasn't keen on it, it was a little off-putting. But I chose to proceed for the duration as I was curious as to whether I would see a great change in my skin. Application was easy thanks to the pre measured glass dropper. The product soaked into the skin nicely and didn't leave any greasy residue behind. After the very first use I did wonder if I could see a subtle difference in my skin but I thought surely it couldn't be possible and put it to the back of my mind. After three weeks of use, morning and evening, I had a couple of friends comment on how well I was looking and my husband said he thought my skin looked nicer and I was glowing. How much of this was down to the actual product and how much down to the action of massaging it in I really don't know. However although I agree my skin did look nicer, it certainly didn't seem to reduce any of my lines as I had hoped. I would have liked this product more if the scent was nicer too.

Not my cup of tea
starting with the pluses loved the packaging and that is about it on the pluses for me. although I saw a little difference to my skin after couple of uses but it ended up being a lil too strong for my skin so had to discontinue using it. So I wouldnt recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin type
