MAC Prep + Prime Lip

I didn’t know lip primers were a thing so I struggled with peeling, flaking, and lipstick that would wrinkle loads. This primer sits beautifully on your lips - it’s so lightweight and hydrating, almost like a lip balm but…better? Really makes my lipstick glide on and sit on top really nicely. Really happy with it personally (also it was nice to treat myself to a MAC product for the first time).

The primer provides light hydration, softens and refines the lips, and smoothes them. As a result, your subsequent lip products give a better result. Top product. Really, this is a TOP primer. First I prime, then I do my full makeup. On the very last lip liner and lipstick. My lipstick really stays on for so long, unbelievable. Personally, I like the neutral rather than the flavors (I know there was once a cherry variety). I can't live without it! Especially to use when you have dry lips and want to go for a matte lipstick.
