Tasty candy, unfortunately still hair loss
I've been taking the gummies for about 3/4 years now. The taste is delicious, just like you're grabbing a candy. My hair is also longer than ever. It always seemed like my hair had a certain limit and stopped growing! Unfortunately, my hair loss hasn't diminished and I also find the gummies quite pricey! Maybe it works better in combination with the right shampoo and hair oils, but I still have to try that out!

Tasty, have patience for results. Attention with B6.
I got these 3 jars at a magazine abbo. They are tasty, easy to take, because they are so good I don't forget them. After 3 months I do indeed have stronger nails and much more baby hair. It also refurbished my skin. What only bothers me is that there's vitamin B6 in it, and that's not very good for you to take extra. Too much of this can cause all kinds of complaints That's why I quit. They are expensive, but the composition is also fine compared to cheaper supplements. And they're vegan, a big pre to me!

Nervous system complaints. Tingling or numbness in the hands and feet, for example.

Yummygums... the vegan raspberry vitamin candy
Hi! The Yummygums... vitamins for hair, skin and nails. Twice a day you take a gummie. You don't need water. It's a nice raspberry flavor, but I don't recommend taking it after brushing your teeth. I have to say it tastes like a sugar bomb. The gummies need to make my hair shine and get stronger, restore my skin and make my nails stronger. I don't notice much about my hair. Because I don't like my hair any different. The same applies to my skin, but I must honestly say that my skin also looks bad after a night's sleep. My nails are really strong to the touch. I am really happy about this! Would I buy the product again? No, because then I would only buy it for my nails. What I do find an advantage is that he's vegan. Do you have a recommendation in terms of vitamins for me? And then something for hair, skin and nails, but where you really difference Iet. X
