Magnesium strengthens bones and muscles. I recommend that athletes consume magnesium, your body does not produce it enough on its own. Don't want without it anymore.
I use these almost every night by now - I had a lot of cramps in my lower legs, in addition, I was able to get to sleep badly and heard from a colleague that magnesium helped her a lot. I read in other reviews that diarrhea is as a side effect.. It bothers a bit more, but also often regular 💩 was! Tip, he's often in the action as far as I saw. Helps me to prevent foot cramps.
I use magnesium for foot cramps, and I have to say it really helps. Before bedtime I take 1 pill.Am very happy that it works.
