I've been using this collagen powder for 3 months now. The first 2 weeks 2 spoons then reduced to 1 spoon per day as a maintenance dose. The powder is odourless but not tasteless. In just water, I taste a somewhat saltier taste. I prefer to put it in my coffee or in a smoothie. My favorite recipe is: - 100 gr strawberries -50 grams of blueberries -75 ml yogurt lean or full -50 ml milk full, plain or lean -1 EL oatmeal -1 EL flax seeds - 1 scoop of collagen powder After 3 months of use, I notice that I have much less brother nails, less hair loss and fine lines in the face are slightly reduced.
