Velvet Skin Primer

I already have more Meroda products so I was curious about the velvet skin primer. I don't use primer often but this one is so silky smooth! Lubricates very smoothly and absorbs immediately, leaving you with silky smooth skin. It also stays in place very well and is waterproof, handy on hot days.

This primer is really nice. It also really blurs your face. I tested the primer with the elf halo glow foundation and that combination was really nice. My face looked beautifully blurred and the makeup certainly stayed in place. The primer is waterproof. Normally, I have an oily forehead or that it sweats quickly, but with this primer, I don't have that, my makeup stayed in place and became much less greasy than normal. By the way, I have dry combination skin. My chin and forehead are often a bit more oily. If you have dry skin, I would recommend applying good hydration beforehand. I didn't use skincare at all because I wanted to test the product on myself. But it is definitely recommended. There's not really a smell that's nice. And there are also no ingredients that can cause acne. As you can see on the picture, my face looks so flawless and blurred even though I'm wearing very little makeup. Normally, it doesn't look like this and you see much more structure.

I've been using this primer for 2 weeks now and I notice that it offers a great base for under my foundation. It makes my imperfections less visible and gives me super nice, soft and smooth skin. My foundation that I put on afterwards looks great! Highly recommended.
