Meroda velvet skin primer
I really like this primer, I notice that it makes my makeup last longer. And my makeup blend is also much finer. Whether I would really spend 25 euro on it, I just don't know. Tried out several (cheaper) primers that do pretty much the same thing.

A soft film under your makeup
Very nice! It puts a soft film on your face, feels really nice and spreads wonderfully and has a neutral scent! The layer of foundation and concealer stay in place all day long, and I feel that I also need less foundation because it absorbs less. That makes a difference!!

Lightweight, a great base
This fine by Meroda is very lightweight and spreads smoothly over the skin. I'm a little less of a fan of the feeling when applied, the texture feels slightly silicone-like, but that makes it a very nice smooth base for the subsequent foundation. The primer appears to be pore-refining and is not sticky to the skin. Still, it 'holds' my makeup nicely. It stays in place all day long.

Hi, I'm reading the reviews of the Meroda primer. I recently had. I bought the changing foundation, I am very happy with it. But it doesn't combine well with my current primer that I have. Then my foundation grains... that's why I'd like to buy Meroda's primer. I read in your review that you have used/tested cheaper alternatives with the same effect. Can you name this one for me? After all, I do find the Meroda primer very expensive and if I can find an equivalent one for less, my wallet will be very happy with it 😉
