I am allergic to certain medications, which forced me to try these and gave birth very well, every time I have a little headache I smear my forehead and hurts anywhere else; legs, back and arms. The pain will be gone in a few minutes.

Toco-Towhat?! Toco-Tholin! I got to know this oil thanks to my husband. In the football world, Toco-Tholin is known as a miracle cure for muscle pain and nasal congestion. Fortunately, I have no experience with muscle aches, but like everyone else, I sometimes catch a cold and I absolutely don't like all those chemical nasal sprays. A drop of Toco-Tholin on a sugar cube, melt in your mouth and your nose will open again... Highly recommended!

I use Toco Tholin essential oil on days when I suffer from migraines, I don't know how it works, but it works! This essential oil comes in a small package, but lasts a very long time, as you only need a little bit of it. I put 1-2 drops in my hands and then pat it gently on my forehead and sometimes also on my neck when I suffer from a stiff neck. Toco Tholin, as it were, “numbs” the pain and makes the pain less prominent, and makes it a lot more pleasant to get through the day/night. The scent smells strongly of eucalyptus. A tip: don't put this too close to your eyes; it will burn your eyes! No fun!
