I have purchased this product recommended by others on this app. I have been suffering from headaches/migraines for 1.5 years and can fall asleep badly. In the evening just before bedtime I put 2 droplets on my forehead and massage them with my wrists. It helps me to fall asleep relaxed and nice. At first I was a little afraid of the smell, because sometimes they can be very heavy, but you can compare it to a very strong mint scent. REALLY TOP! would recommend anyone, even if it's just to relax
