Beauty Eyeliner

Holy grail for me under the eyeliners. Fits so beautifully and stays in place all day long. Small brush with a little water and applied like that. Deep black with no shine. I hate it when an eyeliner dries shiny, but this one is beautifully matte. Am a big fan.

I find this product easy to apply, covers well (as long as you haven't made it too watery), does not fade, does not stain and long service life because you only need minimal.
