Personally, I'm more of a fan of the matte version than the hydrating foundation, because I have combination skin. For the price, I think it's definitely worth a try. But it didn't work well with my skin. Didn't stay in place for long so not long lasting, but if your skin was dry, yes

not so hydrating
You can order samples of this foundation first. Very nice. Should do more brands. I ordered fair and porcelain colors from this one and the Complexion Pro Foundation. Of both, I found porcelain a good match for my light skin. I'm having trouble finding the right color so I'm very happy that they have a light enough color. I don't think the foundation itself is good enough to buy a full size. Because it's called hydrating, I expected it to be good for dry skin. Light weight and natural finish were words that appealed to me and they are true. After applying it, I also thought it looked very nice and was somewhat impressed. I already saw a bit that it was on some sheets but I have dry skin and I have this very quickly with foundations. but nothing that really stood out. After an hour, I looked in the mirror again and saw that the foundation was really tangled into some kind of patches on dry areas that I didn't even know I had. So I don't find it long lasting and so it gets patchy over time. I would rather recommend the Complexion Pro Foundation. I've been quite impressed with the Sheglam products so far, but the foundations aren't quite right.
